RizTex Usa Inc. stands behind every product it sells with a goal of 100% satisfaction for “you” the customer. From time to time, there may be an issue with a product. We have designated our return policy to ensure that any problem is efficiently resolved. Please note the steps in our return policy below:
If your order(s) are damaged by the carrier, please refuse the shipment and notify us ( returns@decorthehome.com ) or the carrier. If the shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, report all the damage to us within 5 business days of receiving the goods. Riztex USA Inc. cannot honor any returns or damage claims after the 5 day period. After being notified, we will issue a damage call tag, file a claim, and then issue credit.
Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 30 business days from receipt of the merchandise. RizTex USA Inc. will accept approved returns for a 15% restock fee and freight both ways. You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for non defective returns. The returned goods must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent. RizTex USA Inc. merchandise should be returned as prepaid freight through the appropriate carrier. We regret that we cannot accept C.O.D. packaging.
When you contact the returns department, you will be issued a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that all merchandise without a R.M.A. number will not be accepted - which includes returns and/or claims.
We will issue a call tag for any defective merchandise. If upon inspection, we find the merchandise to be non-defective, we will charge a 15% restock fee and the cost of the freight will be charged to your account. When RizTex USA Inc. issues a call tag, the return authorization number appears on the call tag. A carrier will bring the call tag to you. Please have the package(s) ready for pick-up.
When a return is requested due to RizTex USA Inc. error, we will issue a call tag or arrange other means of returning the merchandise. Credit will be given for the returned item and freight when the item is received by RizTex USA Inc. RizTex USA Inc. errors include, but are not limited to, wrong color, wrong size, wrong address, wrong item, duplicate shipment, cancelled order, etc.
Samples: In many instances, a customer may want to inspect a sample for color, quality, construction, etc. If available, we will provide requested sample size for inspection which may be returned within 30days. The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight on samples. Credit will be issued for the rug when it is received by RizTex USA Inc. No sample returns will be accepted after the 30 days.
Please return all product(s) to RizTex USA Inc. in the original or equivalent packaging. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back through a traceable tracking number. Also, please reference the R.M.A. number on the outside of the package to the following address: 900 Marine Drive, Calhoun, GA 30701

Notes on Damaged Items:
Occasionally, damage may occur to our products while they are in transit to you. While this happens very rarely, we ask all customers to take the proper steps to resolve any issues that may occur. Please make sure to note any damage(s) on the bill of lading.
For a replacement shipment, please call or email a new order. Also, please keep all receipts from the carrier on all returned merchandise. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Thank you

Warranty
Alora Decor – 1 year limited warranty. Alora Decor takes great pride in producing quality products and enforcing close quality control inspections for each product before packaging. Alora Decor warrants all products to be free of manufacture defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
* This warranty does not cover: burns, tears and cuts, fading or damage due to improper use or to the application of improper cleaning agents or vacuuming and/ormaintenance methods. Some shedding or loss of wool fibers is a natural characteristic of all wool rugs and is not a manufacture defect.
* Alora Decor recommends the use of a proper rug pad to protect both the rug and the surface it is placed on. Rizzy Home assumes no responsibility for damaged surfaces that were not protected with proper rug padding.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@decorthehome.com.

We all want your new rug to look good for as long as possible, but the reality is dirt and grit are a fact of life, and spills and accidents are inevitable. There are, however, some basic measures that can be taken to extend the life of a rug and help keep it looking its best.
Care
• Use an entry way doormat and/or remove shoes as that will significantly reduce tracking in outside dirt dramatically increases the rate at which the rug will soil.
• Use of a rug pad is recommended for all rug types, on all surface types.
• Rotate direction a minimum of every 6 months to help with even wear and fading.
• Vacuum or sweep your new rug regularly with a hard bristle broom or carpet sweeper.
Never use the rotating beater bar of a motorized vacuum cleaner. If using a motorized vacuum, use suction only. Turn off the beater bar and raise wheels to the maximum height adjustment. The suction power of newer vacuums may claim to be able to pick up a bowling ball! Adjust the suction to a lower level!
Common concerns:
• “Shedding of loose fibers”, this is perfectly normal. In the first year, we recommend vacuuming with suction only, at least two times a week to remove excess fuzz that accumulates on the rug surface. This shedding is perfectly normal and in no way shortens the life of your rug. It is merely the result of loose fibers created during the weaving process and the fibers being newly spun. This will lessen greatly in time. Think how full a lint trap from a dryer will get after drying a load of new towels.
• "Pilling" -A condition of the carpet face in which fibers from different tufts become entangled with one another, forming hard masses of fibers and tangled tufts. These can safely be clipped with a scissors.
• “Sprouting yarns”- Sprouting is when one yarn sticks up above all the others. This is very common and usually caused because it was hiding or did not get enough glue. Rugs contain thousands of yarns. During production, the pile heights have a wide range of length, in the final stage of production, the pile is raked and then sheared to one length. Any yarn that did not “POP UP” until after shearing will stick up taller and look out of place. Again, this is very common and not a defect. These yarns can also be safely clipped with a scissors.
• Surging Unraveling- If your rug has a surged edge, it can be delicate as it is made of a single thin yarn. If the yarn is broken anywhere it will start to unravel. Never pull a loose edge. Clip off any excess and use any clear drying glue to stop the unraveling from continuing.
• Color Variation- As with any textile, (especially handmade) there will be color & shade variances between a sample swatch, photograph, and even another rug of the same ID#. No two are ever exactly alike, making each piece truly unique! NOTE: Most rugs have a pile “direction” and will appear much lighter or darker depending on what side they are being viewed from.
Cleaning
Regular professional cleaning is recommended to extend the life of ALL area rugs!
If an area rug becomes spotted or stained, work quickly. When possible, scoop up solids and blot liquids immediately after a spill occurs. Absorb as much liquid as possible with a white cloth or paper towel by blotting without scrubbing the area to prevent matting or fuzzing. Repeated, light blotting with a mixture of clear soap and water followed by a dry cloth is acceptable, otherwise consult a professional area rug cleaner.
